Sparcut N804 is a neat cutting and tapping oil based on high levels of inactive sulphur, chlorine, and fatty additives in a medium viscosity mineral oil blend. The high additive percentage makes it suitable for all but the most arduous of metal working operations. Sparcut N804 can be used on all steels, aluminium and cuprous metals.
AQUADRAW is a highly active blend of synthetic and natural lubricity additives in a stable viscous emulsion providing the ideal medium for high speeds and deep draws. This emulsion formulation is flexible as required in mixed press shops, as well as being very easily removed with either high pressure water rinse, or mild alkaline degreasers. Used in the manufacture of kitchenware, tube, pipes, automotive components, ordnance cases, white goods and closures.
Sparcut NP90 is formulated using high film strength additives to give better hydrodynamic performance than the viscosity would suggest, giving excellent performance under the high load, high temperature environment of ‘wall ironing’ allowing the production of components with wall thickness’ as low as 0.2mm whilst maintaining dimensional accuracy and preventing ‘pick-up’. It can be used on all steels, aluminium and cuprous metals.
Sparform M is a neat cutting and tapping oil based on high levels of inactive sulphur, chlorine and fatty additives. The high additive percentage makes this product suitable for most arduous metal working operations, its pale colour and low odour promote operator acceptability and clean working conditions. Can also be used as a pressing lubricant
